Introduction
I have had my own practice for 23 years for private clients and a member for over 17 years.
I am a therapist and teacher and have worked with a diverse range of community groups: young people with social and emotional needs and neurodiversity.
I did 7 years as a guest therapist in Bedford Prison, working with the mental health team in a clinical setting, delivering treatments and workshops for prisoners with needs including anxiety.
Most recently I have run retreats for exhausted clients, from mini day events to luxury residential weekends.
I have now returned to my home in the North East and I very excited about serving new clients here.
