I booked in with Janine to have the Aromatherapy Full Body Massage Treatment today.
Before the treatment, I sat and had a consultation with Janine, where we discussed general health, mental health and
prescribed medication, I then filled out all relevant documentation for this. Janine then talked me through the treatment in detail and what to expect which really helped put me at ease as this was my first time having a Aromatherapy Massage Treatment.

After this Janine then went through after care with what to expect and what I needed to do to feel the full benefits of the treatment. To conclude the consultation, Janine asked if I was happy to proceed with the treatment to which I was, and Janine asked if there was any questions I would like to ask before the treatment commenced.

The treatment was exactly how Janine had explained it to me and the whole experience was so nice and relaxing. Janine did such a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment and was very thorough with the massage. The Aromatherapy oil smelled lovely and was warming on my body the perfect
temperature for me and was pleasantly surprised as l didn't know what to expect at first but it felt really nice and refreshing.

After the treatment was finished, I was left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, it was just what I needed and Janine did such a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this treatment and Janine to everyone and I'll definitely be booking in again to have another one.
