I have had a wide variety of treatments, Reiki, Crystal facial massage, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot & Cold Stone Massage, 3D Massage & my absolute favourite, Reflexology which I have on a two weekly basis - I absolutely wouldn’t be without it.
I have also had the resonance scan which was an amazing insight to my energetic body.
I use the sound meditations album created by Joanne, which has lovely specific Morning & evening meditations, and also enjoy the Sound Bath meditation held at the centre on Thursday evenings.

I went to see Joanne for a massage as for a couple of days I had pain in my arm and wrist to the extent that I could not lift my arm to brush my hair. Following the session, I saw an immediate impact of reduced pain and within 24 hours I had full mobility back.

Stress Buster
Had the most relaxing and stress relieving treatment from Joanne at The Full Spectrum. This was over an hour of pure bliss in wonderful tranquil settings. It involved massage, facial crystal treatment and Indian head massage. Joanne checks every step of the way that you are comfortable. The Stress Buster treatment did exactly that and I felt rested, relaxed and reposed. Highly recommend Joanne and The Full Spectrum for your self care, holistic and well being needs.
