I am an experienced, professionally qualified massage therapist with VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage including anatomy and physiology, studied at Manchester School of Massage. I hold additional certificates in deep tissue techniques, stretching techniques, pregnancy massage, kinesology taping and osteopathic spinal manipulation as well as trauma informed wellbeing coaching. I have special interests in pregnancy and women's health, CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia.
