I have been practising Reflexology since 1997 and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists. I am also qualified in the Bergman method of Advanced Facial Reflexology.

As a 10th generation Reiki Master, I offer bespoke Reiki treatment sessions as well as comprehensive training courses for those who wish to embark on their Reiki journey.
