I arranged a reflexology treatment with Elena and she came to my home exactly at the time we agreed. We discussed my health and feelings before she started snd I made myself comfortable on her portable table which was nicely rigid. I’m a bit heavy and felt quite safe on it. I have had many reflexology treatments over the years and can honestly say Elena’s treatment was the best I have had. She tailored her finger pressure to suit my feet and the whole experience was very enjoyable and calmed my stresses. I even felt sleepy at the end. Elena discussed my treatment afterwards and what she had found and to my surprise she had identified a couple of my health issues. I felt nice and relaxed at the end and much less stressed. I thoroughly recommend this very professional therapist if you are considering a treatment

Elena visited my home last week for reflexology treatment. After the treatment we discussed my health issues; my main problem being stress and anxiety. She suggested trying a head massage treatment which helps with stress so I booked an appointment for the next week. I had never had a head massage so was unsure what to expect. The only word I can think of to describe the treatment is amazing. My stress levels just melted away as her fingers worked on my head face neck and shoulders. Treat yourself.

Elena has been visiting me in my home for several months now. She is always punctual, pleasant and very informative of the treatment she will be carrying out.
She has her own equipment which is robust, as mentioned by other clients. She will adapt the pressure with thick she works to suit your requirements.
Overall it is a very soothing and pleasant experience so much so that you could easily find yourself falling asleep. Elena usually recommends rest for a couple of hours after treatment and by the time she goes this is not a problem as you are so relaxed anyway.
Elena will discuss with you afterwards any findings which she may have found and may surprise you with her comments. I must admit to being sceptical however the results speak for themselves.

Elena is so amazing at what she does, she leaves me in such a calm and relaxed state which can be a difficult thing for me being a busy mum of 4.
She is so attentive and listens to my body's reactions to know what her next move is which is an absolute credit to her ability and I absolutely love her for it considering I also have so many health conditions.
