I have been a Therapeutic massage therapist and teacher for over 38 years. Coming from nursing background, I specialise in Sports, Deep Tissue and Remedial massage as well as Aromatherapy etc. I offer treatments in Barnstaple and work with local Medical practitioners and allied therapists. Deep Tissue massage, during lockdown I had lower back pain and sciatica, nothing would budge it. Gail treated me with deep tissue massage, within 48 hours I felt so much better. I have also had relaxing body massage from Gail.
She is fantastic knows how to treat specific muscular issues with different massage techniques. Definitely recommend her.

If you have ever had the good fortune to receive a massage from Gail Lowe, you know what capable, confident and receptive hands she has. I felt very relaxed and well looked after, and even learned a few things, like the fact that many lymph nodes are located at the back of the knee. Thank you, Gail, for an excellent massage.
