Lindsey gave me a wonderful reflexology treatment with a focus on relaxation and improving sleep. After my first session I had the best nights sleep I can remember! Lindsey has a wonderful caring nature and her tranquil treatment space helped me to relax and enjoy the massage.

This was the first time I have had reflexology, Lindsey made me feel calm and relaxed and explained the process really well and the foot massage was wonderful. The treatment room was a lovely retreat after a day at work and included a striking painting painted by Lindsey too! The experience left me feeling energised with an improved sense of wellbeing!
