Introduction
Since initially qualifying in Indian Head Massage in 2010 she has added to her qualifications with an ITEC level 3 Diploma in Massage in 2017 and VCTC level 3 Sports Massage and level 4 Sports Massage in 2022 in 2022 at Farnborough College of Technology.

Nicola's company Therapy 4 Body and Mind covers massage and life coaching. She has been involved in sports, coaching and development since she was 19, and still supports businesses with coaching and development. This is in part why she continues to grow her own skills and knowledge, to help her clients.

Nicola is passionate about great service and helping people achieve their goals, be this being physically able to do this or through setting the correct goals in the first place.
