Hi, a warm welcome to my profile page
I live in Keswick situated in the beautiful English Lake District. I work from my home in a warm relaxing therapy room
I am passionate about providing a high level of customer care, excellent treatments and training courses
Following a consultation with you, I tailor each treatment to suit your specific needs. I hope that you will feel safe and secure and leave feeling that your health and wellbeing has been enhanced
I run Usui Reiki courses at all levels and Indian head massage workshops. I am an approved teacher for the Mindfulness Association and deliver their Mindfulness and Compassion Based Living Courses. I also offer meditation and relaxation retreat days and one to one mindfulness sessions
