Touch is vital for our physical and emotional balance and well-being. Caring touch helps us to feel safe and connected. This enables us to deeply relax, recharge and reset the nervous system.

I offer three kinds of massage; Aromatherapy, Hands-Free/Dynamic massage and Indian Head Massage. The treatment you receive will be carefully tailored to your needs and care and attention will be given to harmonizing the type of massage with your requirements.

I am also available for Reiki Healing sessions and am qualified to Master Teacher level. Reiki training levels 1 to Master level can be provided.
