Introduction
I qualified as a Therapeutic Massage Practitioner in 2015 with the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork. I do not practice a set routine and offer treatments that are tailored to suit your specific needs. At the initial appointment, we will spend some time completing a holistic assessment, which will take into account your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs and also consider any environmental influences. Together we will decide upon a treatment that is suitable for you on that day and once the treatment is completed, I will offer you some aftercare advice to ensure you get the most benefit. I have experience of working with people with life-limiting conditions and limited mobility and also supporting carers and the bereaved.
