Welcome to Caroline Mead Holistic Therapy!
I've been a practicing therapist since 2008, and I truly believe holistic therapies can have a positive effect on people's lives. I've been a Neal's Yard Remedies therapist since 2010, but also like to work in the wider community. I've worked at wellness events, fundraisers and corporate settings, and I volunteer doing massages for homeless people at Crisis at Christmas centres every year. I've also worked with players at Cambridge United football club and London Marathon charity runners.
