I have been to Sarah for Reiki and facial reflexology.

Sarah is an incredible practitioner who makes you feel instantly and completely at ease. I have been going to Sarah for reiki regularly for nearly 3 years now. From the moment you walk into Heart and Soul, you feel really relaxed and calm - the practice has a lovely ambience and Sarah always creates the most calming atmosphere with the gentle lighting, lovely music and candles/fragrances. Sarah’s Reiki is always a powerful experience and leaves you feeling so much better than when you arrived. The meditations are always so special and I would recommend Sarah’s Reiki to anyone; this is perfect for anyone who is going through a stressful time but equally it can be great for those who just would like a little boost. I have only been to Sarah once for facial reflexology but again this was an incredible experience and I am booked back in again because of how positive my experience of the facial was. The results were fantastic and noticeable.
Sarah is so knowledgeable but also very personable and makes you feel really relaxed and calm in her presence. She is a very kind soul and I would recommend her to anyone.
