Introduction
Zoe was inspired to train as a massage therapist following a background in care work. During that time she supported individuals in elderly care, physical and learning disabilities, acquired brain injury and mental health settings.

Since qualifying in 2016 with an Fdsc level 5 in Complementary Healthcare, she has gained qualifications in Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga Massage, Sports Massage and Myofascial cupping. She is committed to life-long learning and is always forward planning her next steps in professional development.

Zoe uses a balance of remedial and relaxing techniques to create a unique style of massage. Treatments can be aimed at providing targeted pain relief or general relaxation.
