I’ve always had an interest in complimentary therapies and have experienced various holistic treatments to aid my own well-being and relaxation. In 2005, I gained an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology to compliment my existing ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage. 15 years later and with many Clients enjoying the benefits of Reflexology I am still as passionate about Reflexology as the first time I opened the course text book and was shown a “map of the feet”, and every treatment I give, I learn something new. My approach is to treat each Client as an individual and after a detailed consultation, together we agree a plan to tailor the Reflexology treatment.
