Introduction
I am working as a massage therapist in the Herne Hill area of London. I offer holistic and deep tissue massage, Indian Head Massage, Seated Chair Acupressure and Reiki. I come from a background in health and social care, and so my approach to treatment is to work with tension in the mind and body in order to enhance mental and physical relaxation. Many people today have demanding jobs as well as family commitments and spend a great deal of their time and energies looking out for, and caring for others. Having time to get in touch with their own bodies, thoughts and feelings is vital, and my hope is that massage treatment can be part of the process of listening to and taking care of themselves.
