I first qualified in Reflexology over 20 years ago, and have 10 years experience working in a Hospice, treating people with life limiting illnesses. Now retired from the NHS, I work from home
specialising mainly in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

Life throws many challenges our way , serious illness, cancer, caring for someone, bereavement, and stress and anxiety can be debilitating.
