Introduction
'Equilibrium' generally means 'A balance of opposing forces'. This could include work/relaxation and exercise/diet. Everything we do in life has an effect on our body, so keeping it in balance is an on-going challenge.
At Equilibrium, with a variety of treatments to choose from and information to guide you, this challenge should be less daunting.
I try to use a 'whole body' approach to my treatments, so, for example, finding out why someone has lower back pain and where is it coming from can be interesting!
Have a look around my website for more information on the treatments available and if you have any comments, questions or would like to book an appointment, please feel free to get in touch.
I Look forward to hearing from you.
