I believe that we get the best quality of life when we are as well and healthy as possible, and make the most out of life. From my practice in Bergen, Norway, I offer yoga, aromatherapy and Reiki as tools for an improved quality of life. I specialise in recovery from illness, coping with chronic illnesses and illness prevention. Also a social anthropologist, Dru Yoga Teacher, mentor and advisor, I offer a thorough consultation and tailor-made treatment plan for each client.
