Introduction
I am a fully qualified Remedial & Sports Massage Therapist. I gained my Diploma in Remedial Massage in Australia, which included performing over 200 hours of assessed treatment hours (many more including practice) in sports, remedial, deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point therapy. I create an individualised treatment plan based on a range of visual, range of motion and orthopaedic assessments to help address the source of the problem rather than just glossing over the symptoms. I also offer MLD and will soon be qualified to offer Lymphoedema management and advice in relation to skin care, SLD, exercise and compression garments and bandaging including multi-layer bandaging.
