Alexandra is award winning Massage Therapist. She is an overall winner of the National Massage Championship in the UK in 2023, she is a Bronze and Silver Medalist in of the World Championship Massage in Copenhagen 2019 and 2024.

Alexandra has qualified in and practised Sports Massage Therapy since 2008 in both the UK and Russia.

In London, Alexandra graduated from Essentials for Health School of Massage, gaining a BTEC 5 in Sports Massage and Treatments. Alexandra also qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Cupping, Face Lift Massage.
