Introduction
Through my own personal experience of illness I have learnt the importance of reducing stress for health and wellbeing. It has been through this experience that I have developed a true passion for helping others, which I achieve by providing my clients with the opportunity to relax and unwind and by viewing each client as an individual, tailoring each treatment to their particular needs on that particular day.

I trained in massage therapy in 2013 and have been a reiki practitioner for 8 years

I offer therapies every Sunday from a lovely relaxing room at Crown Beauty 3 Crown Point Parade London SE19 3NG. Mobile appointments are also available throughout the week.
