Introduction
I created AuroraStar in 2008 with a desire to empower people and help them achieve balance, health and well-being. After suffering from health issues, I sought to treat myself as naturally as possible, beginning my journey into a holistic approach to lifestyle wellness management. Reiki was my stepping stone, and continues to be the foundation and underpinning of all my holistic work. This led me to want to help others in the same way, providing them with the overwhelming benefits that a holistic lifestyle can bring and now training others also. Having worked in the industry for a number of years now, I am fully qualified to NVQ level 3 , VTCT standard, fully insured, and registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and the APTL.
