Introduction
I knew my life was on the right path when I originally trained in Therapeutic massage. I was drawn to the healing and spiritual side of massage therapy as it had helped me with my personal life and I realised my new skills would allow me to help people on a deep emotional level.

I love my work and I now offer combined treatments in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, WaveStone, Indian Head, Natural Facelift/ Facial Rejuvenation and On-Site Chair Massage. I have also recently gained a ‘Distinction’ in Pregnancy Massage and I have started to work with Mothers throughout their pregnancy.

I am based at The Natural Health Centre in Radbrook, Shrewsbury. Bookings available online.
