I offer a wide range of holistic therapies to help you regain & maintain your physical & emotional well-being. I am passionate about combining therapies to find the perfect treatment for you.

Clients usually book a 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute appointments. On the day we discuss how you are feeling & decide on the most appropriate therapies for you. It may be that you need a back massage to relieve muscular pain with some reflexology to reduce anxiety or aromatherapy massage with Reiki healing. I encourage you to be intuitive and to listen to your bodies needs, together we will achieve wonderful results that have long lasting effects.
