Introduction
With over 30 years experience in working with complementary therapies and 18 years experience as a reflexologist, I now specialize in using reflexology to support women with their conception journey and fertility issues and offer pregnancy reflexology during pregnancy and to assist with birth preparation. Reflexology and shiatsu are therapies which help improve relaxation and sleep, alleviating anxiety and improving feelings of well-being. I teach baby reflexology classes and use hypnotherapy and hypnobirthing to help with anxiety issues. I can offer appointments on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please contact treat-norwich for appointments.
