I am an accredited ITEC Level 5 Sports Massage therapist, who is also trained in osteopathic articulation & spinal manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, dry cupping, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) pregnancy massage and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). I carry out soft tissue and joint work and use an array of treatments and techniques to help ease aches, pains, muscular tightness, posture issues and help with the process of healing and rehabilitation after injury or surgery.
