Introduction
Hi. My name is Liz and I have been a practising complementary therapist for over 20 years. I work in Ashtead, but also work on a mobile basis, so I can visit clients who have difficulty travelling to appointments. I enjoy supporting a wide range of clients, but my specialism is working with the elderly or those with poor health. In all types of massage therapy the intention is to relax the soft tissues, and increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the body.. . Massage may be found to bring relief from everyday aches, reduce stress, increase relaxation and add general wellness. Massage can be firm or extremely gentle to achieve this. Please ring me for any queries to arrange a free first consultation pre treatment.
