Introduction
I have been practicing as a Complementary Therapist since 2012. I have experience of working in dementia care home, hospice, pitch side in amateur rugby, post event work at Ironman Bolton and The 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
I am currently based at Ainsworth Body Science providing sport massage therapy, aromatherapy and reflexology.
In my spare time, I practice jujitsu, I am currently working towards my 2nd Dan black belt and working as an assistant coach at our dojo.

My clients have treatments to reduce muscular pain and improve movement or for stress related symptoms .
I am an Independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Organic Remedies and I incorporate the essential oils into my treatments.
