Hi I’m Arliah, Liah, Li, whatever you want to call me I go by various names 😅 I’m a massage therapist based in Birmingham, however I do travel slightly out to other postcodes. I am trained in Holistic & Therapeutic Massage Therapy level 4 and also trained in Pregnancy Massage.
I chose to massage as I’m very big on the importance of self-care and what it does for not just our physical body, but our mental well-being too. Holistic means “whole” this mean working with the whole person. I am non judgmental, I work from the heart ensuring clients feel safe & comfortable, before, during and after the massage.
