Introduction
I have been a full time Therapist since 1999, running private practice, working in the NHS within cancer care, and in the corporate environment. “I first trained as a Reflexologist, helping clients with, amongst other things, sleep disorders, sinusitis, and hay fever, the menstrual cycle, menopause, endometriosis, and digestive problems. My Massage treatments involve working on clients’ specific areas of pain, but also includes supporting well-being, maintaining good health, good posture, and good flexibility. More recently I have been studying Fascia and Myofascial Release, which brings a more subtle and gentle way of working with the body, where clients are experiencing chronic or acute pain. I believe trauma, stress, and anxiety are all
