Welcome, I'm Alyson, and I'm a qualified yoga teacher and massage therapist based in Dumfries, south west Scotland.

I have been teaching yoga since 2008 qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga. I seek to create classes that address physical and mental stresses and tension, through all elements of yoga including breathing practices, movement, relaxation and meditation. My classes are based on Hatha yoga.
