Before I trained as a therapist I spent over 10 years working in offices and shops. I therefore have a unique understanding of how prevalent bad habits, such as sitting with one leg underneath you on your office chair, are in these work environments.
I believe that everything in moderation, with a varied diet, is almost definitely a sure way to a happier mind and body – by all means sit and eat a whole cheesecake but also understand that doing so will have consequences!
