I’m Jade, I graduated from University of Chichester in 2011 with a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Therapy. I’m the owner of Beachside Sports Therapy based on the Sussex Coast. I previously spent 12 years at The Heeler Centre, Hassocks, where since 2019 also managed the clinic.
I treat 6 days a week seeing people with all sorts of pains and discomforts not just sporting injuries! Being a sports therapist I treat using a wide range of modalities such as sports massage, prescribing rehab programmes, electrotherapy (ultrasound, Laser. Shockwave, Interferential & Tens, Mulligans NAGs & SNAGs, joint mobilisations, dry needling, myofascial release & PNF/NMT stretching.
