Hello, my name is Sarah Weaver and I’ve been a qualified holistic therapist for over 20 years. During that time I have regularly attended training sessions to enhance my knowledge. I am as passionate about my therapies as I was from the very beginning. I provide Reflexology, VRT, Ayurvedic and Reflexology Facials, Indian Head Massage and Dry Needling. My special area of interest is Ayurveda and I have been studying this for over 10 years.

I’ve known and been going to Sarah for many years, and I go for a treatment every 4-6 weeks. I used to have massages but Sarah thought I would benefit more from reflexology. At the time I couldn’t imagine my feet being touched would relax me in the same way a massage could. I was completely wrong! Sarah always has a little chat before starting a treatment and then takes into consideration what you’ve told her and she seems to know exactly how to tailor her treatment to your benefit. Sarah is a very kind and caring lady and it’s very obvious to see how much she enjoys her job! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have just received my first ever facial treatment from Sarah. I have to say it was the most relaxing and nourishing experience.
