Introduction
I have a background in sport, health and activity having qualified as a teacher (BEd) I then undertook a successful career as PE teacher and head of department for 28 years. I am a qualified coach in a number of sports and have worked with elite players in my career.Since starting my sports massage therapy career I have endeavored to bring my experience and training together to help a wide range of people to improve their health and sporting performance . This has included Super League and International Rugby League players, club swimmers and an International athlete as well as performers just wanting to get back to activity and relieve aches and pains of everyday life.
