I have practiced Holistic Therapies for over 10 years providing both office-based and private clients the benefits of deep tissue work.

Office-based therapies include: Seated Acupressure (on site chair massage), Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki
All equipment is provided by myself and I am happy to tailor sessions to suit the needs of the client.

Home-based therapies include Sports / deep tissue massage, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology. By combining techniques from a range of disciplines I am able to offer clients a unique, tailor-made therapeutic experience to promote well being, ease discomfort of chronic conditions, aid injury prevention and rehabilitation.
