Introduction
I am passionate about Bowen Therapy. I came across the treatment in 2005 after trying many other therapies and was so impressed that I left the corporate world and trained to become a practitioner and have never regretted it. I was delighted to win the “Prestige Therapist of the Year” award in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Bowen is a gentle, subtle therapy that is carried out through light clothing with no awkward manipulation which makes it suitable for all ages. The main feature of the Bowen Technique are the breaks which allows the client's body to gently respond to the moves the therapist makes prompting the body to start healing itself. Most clients report a sense of well-being at the end of the treatment & a reduction of pain.
