Welcome to Caruna Holistic Therapy. My name is Carol and I currently have a clinic at Llandarcy Academy of Sport.

I first fell in love with holistic therapy over twenty years ago when I became interested in Aromatherapy, since then I have extended my love of holistic therapies to include Reflexology, EFT, Stress Management, Crystal/Chakra Therapy and a range of Massage skills. I am also 1st Aid trained.

I feel strongly about keeping up to date with my training and am constantly looking to expand my knowledge.

All my treatments are tailored or adapted to suit your needs.
