I am a qualified Certified Hypnotherapist. I have been practising as a Hypnotherapist since 2021. Due to the success of my sessions - I mostly see clients on a referral basis. I am also now a Control Practitioner, having trained and successfully gained certification and affiliation to the Complementary Medical Association in August 2023.

I am a fully qualified deep tissue/remedial massage therapist since 2009 having trained originally as a beauty therapist and subsequently training in Swedish massage. Alongside my training, I also worked within the NHS for 32 years within several disciplines.

I am also a qualified Reflexologist and am able to offer a bespoke service for clients
