My specialism now is working with the elderly, and those with long-term mobility problems, in community groups and one-to-ones, improving fitness levels; general health and overall well-being.
I keep sessions lighthearted, helps cater for clients’ stress; boosting mood; self-esteem and mental health. Also, I include relaxation techniques like chair yoga.
