Introduction
I have been a massage therapist since 2006 and now practise as a bodyworker specialising in myo-fascial release and functional integration. My main focus is working with clients who live with chronic pain and restricted movement to bring about change so they can live life to the full.

Combining these hands-on techniques provides the best recipe for unravelling the story behind an individual client’s pain, fatigue and/or restricted movement and bringing about change. It is essential that the client plays an active part of this process as there is no quick fix.

I am interested in working with any client who is curious about their body and wants to learn more through developing their self-awareness.
